The process involved in manufacturing
Pre-production – to avoid shrinking the fabrics usually go through a certain process. Sample of the cloth will also go through the careful quality analysis. Any changes, details, colour, position, fitting etc are analysed before the fabric goes to production
Bulk Production – Once the sample that has gone through QA will be sent to the customer for the final call. Once that’s done production will start. Duration of the project completion will be dependant on various factors.
Quality Assurance – Quality the strongest pillar of our company. The extensive quality analysis will be performed by the QA team to ensure maximum quality in the product.
Packaging – Devil is in the details, We know that very well. All the fabrics are well finished, neatly folded packaged with respect to international standards before it’s shipped to the destination.
